been a while since i've attended, so fitness session hard for me, but was balanced, enjoyed.
combos we did were good on thurs. body sparring, good to practice however, i'd like tips/feedback as we do it. i was getting batterd by partners!, couldnt get a hit.

I enjoyed last night's session - the perfect mix of technique and fitness with the drills explained really well.

agreed...
the fitness was tough but always good to do! really enjoyed doing work on ducking/slipping punches - its always been a weakness for me and something i need to improve.
more of the same please!

Great session on Tuesday
As a beginner I'm constantly forgetting to keep my guard up especially after combs but the light sparring really helped on Tuesday. I would like to work more on ducking and slipping as i'm not all that great at either.

tuesdays session was good. different drill than the usual slip 1-2.
can i suggest you repeat the drills we need to follow, and rotate as you do it, cos its difficult to see sometimes when there's a lot of people.

Again, a tough cardio workout. Drills excellent, esp swapping light punches.

Both good sessions this week, had sore abs on Wednesday, from Ben and Pauls session, and sore shoulders from Tonys session last night.
Loving the bursts of exercises, and you guys pushing us hard. It's what it's all about.
Oh, and can Paul give us a few more demonstrations of those pornstar pressups.... just so we can get them right...

In the beginning - the Tuesday night dream team was Graham and Ben. Then the clinic started to grow and a new dream team was formed with Paul and Ben, quickly followed by Ben and Ben and now Tony and Ben.
The coaches at the Clinic - Angel and Covent Garden are fantastic but feel the need to give Ben W a shout out - 3 years on - no two weeks the same and always good. Thanks Ben.
So last night's class - again superb. I liked that we built on what we did last week and the constant swapping of partners kept us on our toes. I particularly liked the fitness at the end - the circuits are always good and it just goes to show that you can get a decent beasting without a burpee or press up in sight.
Tony and Ben - thanks for another great session.

I agree-last night's class was really wicked, a great mix of boxing and aerobic stuff-I thought it was one of the best classes I've been too- big thanks to Ben and Tony. dolly

First time back this year due to injury. Really enjoyed last nights session. Good mixture of fitness and technique. Thought the technique training was especially usefull last night.
