Great films and now coming to a class near you! -

If I had a cat and it got stuck up a tree, Rich Mitchell is the guy I would ask to coax it down; such is his calm and persuasive manner.  He comes across as patient and his instructions are clear but oh my Lord, what a filthy mouth!  For an hour on Thursday I watched him coach the new wrestling class – he made it look like the most logical way to entangle and untangle yourself from another.  With the volume down it looked like a love making session with the (more…)

Cage Warriors Under new Ownership & Management

Cage Warriors Fighting Championship (CWFC) and Warrior Promotions.
  
Boylan, takes control of the UK’s longest standing MMA Event, the Cage Warriors Fighting Championship and he is now putting plans in place for CWFC 38, which takes place in London on October 1st. A show which he has already 75% sold out.
 
Boylan who runs four successful gyms, three in London called The MMA Clinic and one in Ireland called The Boxing Clinic has plans for the development of the sport, both in the UK and Ireland.
