Big congrautulations to the MMA Clinic/New State Academy BJJ Team who entered the 2009 Kent Open . It was the first BJJ tournament the Club entered and a huge thank you to our BJJ Coach Michael Russell who has put the BJJ Team together in just 5 months and, got the boys to a standard to enter the tournament and do really well ….The Team consisted of (more…)

Elle Rose thinks she’s got a big nose! But it’s not her nose that first strikes you when you meet her. Although her name sounds like something from a bygone era she’s very much of the moment. She dresses like a rock chick and has more tatt’s than Amy Winehouse – I guess we’ll find out if she can sing at the Christmas party. (more…)
